• Complimentary Consultation – Our event planning process begins with a complimentary consultation to learn about you and the special event you envision to help determine how we can best make that a reality.

• Full Event Planning + Design – Comprehensive services—from engagement through wedding weekend—to managing vendor relationships, timelines, budgets and more.

• Month-Prior Event Coordination – At the onset of our engagement we will provide a planning playbook and a milestones guide. We’ll work with you to finalize planning and ensure a seamless execution of event logistics and setup. We take the stress out of the most stressful time, finalizing event details and vendor contracts the month prior to your wedding, with additional support for the couple throughout the wedding weekend. We execute your planning by collecting all the necessary plans, communicating with vendors, creating a detailed timeline, finalizing the layout or floor plan as well as the coordination of the rehearsal and wedding day.

• Custom Planning – From a holiday dinner hosted in your home to individual services peppered into your large event, we have the proven experience and network to provide guidance on vendor selection and support throughout the planning process, available on a la carte basis as needed.

• Event Design – We curate design boards for your personal brand and vision, creating a memorable guest experience. We’ll manage selected vendors to procure the pieces that will bring your Pinterest board to life.

• Venue Search – We’ll do the research, creating a list of venue options based on your vision, location, guest count and budget. We can also tour the locations with you to offer on-site guidance.

• Vendor Selection – Leverage our tried and true network to access the best-in-class partners who we count on to make our events flawless.
